Due to the nature of this business, we can only offer you 7 days to review your order. This 7-Day review period will start the day your item is delivered. Merchandise does not have to be returned within 7 days but should be shipped back to us on the seventh day. You do not have to call us to let us know that you are sending them. If you exceed this time allowed you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Items do not have to be shipped overnight, but item should be shipped back to us in a timely manner. Note: All returns/ exchanges should have complete information about you, your mailing address and reason for the return, along with all items purchased so we can process in a timely manner.
After 30 days NO REFUNDS will be given
To exchange any of our products detail your name, address and which product you'd like to exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Products
We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will refund or exchange providing you send the complete information about your name, address and defect in a timely manner and return the item(s) back to us.

2. Products that have been modified or altered in any way
3. Specialty items including any personalized items
4. Items that have been worn or damaged by customer
5. Items that are not returned within 30 days
We will refund or exchange any of our products that are damaged in shipping, are shown to have factory defects. Refunds or Exchanges will not be given to products that have been used or damaged from customer misuse or neglect. HearingUSA.com will not refund any shipping or return shipping costs unless it is because of a shipment error or damaged item.
